New Clients Should do the Following:

  1. Submit a contact form or call the office at 330-563-4222.

  2. The office staff will schedule your first appointment.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to to your Sandstone client portal.

  4. Log in and complete your new client paperwork before your first visit.
