What We Help With

Services Available Via Telehealth

Anxiety & Depression

If you're running on empty, can't quiet your thoughts, or feel like you're going through the motions, you don't have to manage it alone. We work with adults and teens on anxiety, depression, and the daily weight of both.

General Counseling

Life doesn't always hand you a clear reason for feeling the way you do. Relationship stress, major transitions, grief, or just the sense that something's off — individual therapy gives you a space to work through it with someone genuinely in your corner.

LGBTQ+
Affirming Care

Sandstone is a fully affirming practice. Every client deserves a therapist who gets it without needing an education session first. We welcome LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages and all places on the journey.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma has a way of staying in the body long after the event has passed. Hypervigilance, nightmares, emotional numbness, sudden triggers — these aren't signs of weakness. They're signs that your nervous system is still trying to protect you.

Life Transitions

Starting over, losing someone, changing careers, becoming a parent, navigating divorce — major life changes can knock you sideways even when they're ones you chose. Therapy gives you a space to find your footing when everything else feels uncertain.

Elder & Senior Care

Getting older comes with real losses — independence, relationships, purpose, identity. Telehealth removes the transportation barrier and makes it easier for older Ohioans and their families to get support when they need it most.

Not an App. An Actual Therapist!

The big Telehealth platforms will match you with whomever. Sandstone will match you with a licensed Ohio therapist who knows your name.

Sandstone Counseling was founded in Green, Ohio because we believe good therapy is built on real relationships, not subscription tiers and algorithmic intake forms. Our counselors are licensed professionals with experience across a range of concerns — and you'll see the same person every time.

When you reach out to Sandstone, you talk to a person. When you schedule a session, you have a consistent therapist in your corner. That's not a premium feature. That's just how counseling is supposed to work.
