Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Denison University in 2006 and went on to complete a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kent State University in 2019.
Brooke has experience supporting both adolescents and adults through various clinical challenges. During her training, she completed practicum work at Kent State University and her internship at CommQuest Services, Inc. She has worked with clients facing a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and issues related to LGBTQ+ identity.
Brooke’s therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet the unique needs of each client.
Brooke is currently supervised by Angela Rodgers, LPCC-S, NCC.
