We will now be located just down the road in the Akron Canton Corporate Center (the Surgere building).
That’s one less roundabout going north on Massillon road.
Sandstone Counseling’s new offices are located in the back half of the Corporate Center building, on the 2nd floor, Suite 400.
Please use the side or rear entrances.
The front entrance is for Surgere only.
What You Need to Know
Parking and Access
Some of our clinicians will move to the new location before March 1st. When you schedule your appointment, we'll confirm which location your session will be at. You'll also receive this information in your appointment reminder.
Our phone number stays the same: 330-563-4222. You can reach us the same way you always have.
North Entrance
Most Accessible
Parking is available on all sides of the building. Parking to the right, or north side, of the building provides the most accessible entrance.
The North entrance (right side parking lot) has a ramp and requires no stairs. Follow the hallway around to Suite 400.
The front entrance (East), that faces Massillon Rd and the Human Bean, is for Surgere only. Avoid using the front entrance.
South entrance
Most Parking
The rear entrance (South) offers the most parking spaces.
From the South entrance, go up the stairs, and follow the hallway to the right. Suite 400 will be on your left.
Preparing For Your Visit
West Enterence
Most Direct
From the West entrance, facing 77, you’ll enter on the 1st floor and take the stairs to the 2nd floor. Sandstone will be the first office to your right at the top of the stairs.
While this entrance offers accessible parking, it does require use of stairs, as there is no elevator.
What’s Not Changing
Your clinician, our commitment to your wellbeing, and the confidential, supportive environment you expect from Sandstone all remain exactly the same. We're simply moving to a bigger space that better serves our growing practice and our clients.
Starting in February, please check your appointment confirmation or with your counselor. If you're ever unsure where your appointment is, just give us a call at 330-563-4222 and we'll get you sorted out.
