Brooke holds a BA in Psychology from Denison University (2006) and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University (2019). She has experience supporting adolescents and adults with various challenges, using a collaborative, strengths-based approach that incorporates CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jacob Sheehan, LPC
Jacob holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron. He is passionate about creating a warm and validating space for healing, whether that includes learning new skills, processing through difficulties, developing new insights, or making new connections that support real and lasting change. Jacob uses insights and tools from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR and IFS, CBT and DBT, and ACT.
