Rachel Foster, LPC
Rachel:
“I strive to provide a judgement free, supportive envinronment.”
Rachel is passionate about working with adolescent girls and adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, communication/interpersonal issues, phase of life issues, depression, anxiety, grief and trauma related issues.
Her approach to counseling is to provide a comfortable environment for clients to explore their feelings and inner conflicts. She takes a client-centered approach that is collaborative to assist clients with feeling empowered and building upon their pre-existing strengths and develop coping skills to provide hope.
Therapy can be a vulnerable experience and taking that first step to address one’s own mental health can understandably seem daunting at times. Rachel strives to provide a judgement free, supportive environment to help foster each of her client’s personal growth.
Rachel is currently supervised by Angela Rodgers, LPCC-S, NCC.
